As a Project Assistant, you will support project managers in project management tasks for large and international projects. Typical tasks include various support activities related to reporting and documentation. You will assist with project scheduling and may also facilitate different events. The role includes administrative tasks as needed. You will work closely with colleagues. The position can start quickly. The office is located in Helsinki with good transportation connections, and you can work partly remotely after initial onboarding. Work Tasks include supporting the project manager, project and contract openings, updating project costs, supporting controllers, closing projects, invoicing projects. We are looking for a relevant degree in business or engineering (project management studies are a plus), previous experience in project work, experience with SAP, preferably PS and CS modules, fluent Finnish and English skills, good basic IT skills (e.g., Excel), ability to quickly grasp new information and adapt to changing situations, proactive and self-directed work approach, fast learning ability, good teamwork and communication skills.
