Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Visual) to play a major role in shaping how our design language strategically influences product direction. Nexthink has traditionally focused on a technical IT persona, but our product space is growing to include the business end-user. These types of users have no patience for software that isn't smooth and frictionless. Your contribution will have a significant impact on the satisfaction of millions of enterprise employees who just want to focus on their main job and not become an IT specialist. Your main responsibilities will include: * Shape and elevate Nexthink's visual language into a distinctive, cohesive identity that serves both our technical IT audience and a growing base of business end-users * Define the interaction principles and design standards that guide how every team builds experiences across the product * Set the vision for how we use iconography, illustration, and messaging to reinforce a consistent, recognizable product voice * Partner with product designers, product managers, and engineers to embed design system thinking into how the roadmap gets built, and champion its adoption across teams * Build and govern a scalable, well-documented component library that lets teams move fast without sacrificing coherence. * Champion AI-assisted design and handoff workflows (e.g., Figma Make, code↔design features, MCP) to accelerate how ideas move from concept to shipped product. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience as a product, visual, or UX designer, with substantial hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system * BSc in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience * Experience designing complex enterprise applications (not just websites or marketing sites) is a must * Expert knowledge of Figma, including component architecture, variants, and design tokens * A strong eye for visual design: typography, hierarchy, iconography, spacing, and the judgment to know when consistency should win over a one-off solution * Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints and design-to-code workflows, so systems you design are realistic to build and maintain * Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to putting the user first * Effective communicator and negotiator; this role influences other designers and teams more than it ships pixels alone * Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a plus. * Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating design systems work and user-centered design solutions. If you are highly motivated and result-driven, have a high sense of product ownership, constantly learning and enhancing your skills, are open to feedback, and like being accountable and working within a team, do not hesitate to apply. Please apply with a copy of your CV in English and a link to your portfolio. Additional Information: We are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise. Our innovative solutions integrate real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback across all endpoints. This enables our IT teams to solve complex technical challenges, create ever more productive workplaces, and deliver happy, satisfied employees in the digital workplace. With over 1000 employees across 5 continents, Nexthink operates as One Team, connecting, collaborating and innovating to continuously grow. We call our employees ‘Nexthinkers’ and our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity is second to none. We currently have over 75 nationalities working with us, from all cultures and backgrounds, speaking many different languages. If you are looking for a change and like a nice atmosphere, lots of challenges, and having fun while working, this is a great opportunity for you! Join Nexthink, a global leader in enterprise software and part of Switzerland’s world-renowned Deep Tech powerhouse. You’ll work in a thriving innovation hub recognized for cutting-edge technology, world-class talent, and groundbreaking projects shaping the digital workplace of the future. Check what we offer: * Permanent Contract and a competitive compensation package. * Beautiful office with a view of Lake Geneva, conveniently located next to the Prilly-Malley train station. * Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work. * Flexible Hours and unlimited vacation (employees have unlimited paid time off on top of the 25 days of holidays we offer) plus 3 company-paid volunteer days. * Free access to a fitness centre inside the building. * Reimbursement of the half-fare travel card for public transport. * Reimbursement up to 50% of the cost of French classes. * Fresh fruit, cookies, and soft drinks as well. * Regular company and team events like Voluntary Days, Pizza talks, Team Building activities, hosting Meetups at the office and more! * Bonuses for referring successful hires after three months of continuous employment. * We offer a relocation package to people who are coming from another country.
