We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual for our client company located in Kangasala to complete a property management professional qualification (administrative property management) through an apprenticeship. The application process for the training is currently ongoing, with a start in September 2026. The training duration is approximately 1 year and 2 months. The apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to combine practical work with qualification-based training! The role is suitable for someone who understands basic financial principles, is organized, and presents themselves confidently. During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training in administrative property management tasks and have the opportunity to grow as a professional in the field with the support of experienced colleagues. The work focuses on administrative property management of housing companies located in the Tampere region, and your tasks will include: Managing the administration of housing companies, Advising and providing customer service to boards and shareholders, Preparing for and participating in board and general meetings, Drafting minutes, decisions, and other administrative documents, Supporting the handling of budgets and financial statements, Coordinating maintenance and repair projects, Collaborating with contractors, authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders. We expect from you: A degree as a Practical Nurse or Bachelor of Business Administration, Basic understanding of financial principles, Confident communication and good interaction skills, Ability to work systematically and carefully, Initiative and a responsible work attitude, B-class driving license and ability to use your own car. Most travel to sites is by company car, but using your own car is necessary for the role. Working hours and salary: The working hours are 30 hours per week (Monday - Thursday), Meeting evenings from 11:00 to 19:00, Other days from 8:00 to 16:00, The salary is €1800/month for the first 6 months, then €2000/month, Meeting allowance of €40 per meeting, with meeting times counted as working hours, Apprenticeship students have approximately 20 in-person days, which are unpaid, but you can apply for a daily allowance (€15-17/day) from the educational institution. The chosen person will be employed by Click Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy, with a temporary employment contract during the training. The goal is for the apprenticeship student to become a permanent employee at the client company through good cooperation.
