Full-time Special Class Teacher - Vihdin kunta - Vihti, Finland

We are seeking a development-oriented and active special class teacher for small group teaching from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Teacher qualifications are determined according to the decree no. 986/1998 on the qualifications of education personnel. We also value initiative, good interaction skills, and experience in co-teaching. The primary placement is at Vanjärvi and Vihtijärvi schools. Salary according to OVTES. All special education teachers and special class teachers receive a Vihti allowance of approximately €250 per month. A six-month probationary period will be observed in the selection process. The condition for selection is that the chosen candidate submits an acceptable medical certificate of health within two months of starting the employment and presents a criminal record extract as required by the Act on Background Checks for Working with Children (504/2002).
