Job Description
The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team responsible for delivering client-specific reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves developing and maintaining ongoing recruitment process reports using data from applicant tracking systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oleeo, as well as Korn Ferry’s internal data warehouse. The analyst will produce regular dashboards in Excel and Power BI, interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, alert stakeholders to issues, and suggest improvements. Additional duties include producing ad-hoc reports, auditing data, improving data quality, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires strong data reporting experience, proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools, analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and high attention to detail.
