We are seeking a university internship for the HR, development and legal services at Taideyliopisto to support the university’s strategy work for a fixed five‑month term starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement. The intern’s core responsibilities include practical preparation and execution of events and workshops related to strategy work, data collection and compilation of materials, maintenance of intranet pages, participation in communications tasks, gathering and analyzing feedback from the community, and documenting the strategy process. The intern will participate in other unit tasks as well. What we expect: suitable university studies, interest in strategy work, involvement of the university community and in collecting and analyzing community feedback; strong information management and analytical skills and willingness to use AI responsibly to structure and interpret materials; good communication skills and ability to produce text summaries for communications, short videos or other visual materials; excellent Finnish, good English and adequate Swedish; good collaboration and interpersonal skills; proactive, flexible and careful work approach. What we offer: a varied vantage point into practical strategy work, exposure to university planning, operations development and information management; an on‑site work location in central Helsinki (Töölö and/or Sörnäinen) with partial remote work and flexible hours; weekly wellbeing hour; student‑friendly lunch. Salary: during the internship period the monthly salary is 1,463 euros for a university internship student.
