A couple born in 1976 with mobility impairments is seeking additional assistants for evening shifts. Temporary replacements are especially needed for the summer! Evening shifts are mainly on weekdays, with occasional Saturday evening shifts, but these are agreed upon separately with the employer. Working hours are from 16:00 to 23:00. No special skills are required; training will be provided. We are looking for an open, honest, and most importantly, reliable female individual. One of them uses a wheelchair and an electric wheelchair as mobility aids; a turner is available if needed for transfers. The other is small in size and can move independently but needs assistance with lifting if necessary. Tasks include assisting with daily activities at home, such as showering and using the toilet, as well as helping with cooking and household chores. The work also involves assisting outside the home with errands and hobbies. Occasionally, small trips to Helsinki or Tampere may occur. The job is not suitable for allergy sufferers due to pets at home, including pet rabbits, whom the assistant may need to help care for. The employment relationship follows a six (6) month trial period. The employers are members of the Heta Union. The salary is according to the B1 salary group, ranging from €13.73/h to €15.14/h depending on experience bonuses. Working hour supplements (evening/weekend) are paid.
