Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic international area sales manager to strengthen the growth and market position of our successful sportswear brands globally. Luhta Sportswear Company is a leading Finnish apparel group and one of the largest sportswear companies in Europe. The group’s brands Icepeak, Luhta, Rukka, Dachstein, Balmuir, Ril’s, and Your FACE are known for high-quality products. The company exports to over 50 countries, with main markets in Finland, Central Europe, France, the Netherlands, and Italy. Founded in 1907, the family-owned company is headquartered in Lahti, Finland. The role involves leading and developing wholesale sales and key account management in Finland and internationally, with responsibilities including strategic sales planning, new market opportunities, and team leadership. The position reports to the Global Wholesales Director. The work is based at the Lahti headquarters with hybrid working options. The role offers a fixed monthly salary plus sales bonus, with international travel expected. - Experience in leadership roles.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
