What you will be doing As a Senior Trade Finance Specialist, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating closely with clients in Finland to deliver high-quality and tailored Trade Finance services. Your previous experience in bank guarantees will be essential as you support companies in navigating complex international bank guarantee transactions whilst working alongside colleagues in Nordic countries and Lithuania to ensure seamless service delivery. In this role you will Take ownership of bank guarantees end to end, creating value through trusted advice Keep documentation and deadlines on track for accurate, timely and compliant delivery Drive smarter ways of working that improve quality, efficiency and client focus Help develop digital capabilities that simplify processes and enhance client experience Build strong international collaboration to deliver a seamless service About you A minimum of three years experience in Trade Finance and strong knowledge in bank guarantees Knowledge of the legal, compliance and risk aspects of bank guarantees, including URDG and ISP rules; experience with other Trade Finance products is considered an advantage Engaging and professional communication skills in Finnish and English; skills in Swedish, German or French are considered an advantage A relevant degree in finance, business or a related field Proficiency in using digital tools accurately and efficiently A structured and proactive mindset, with confidence in navigating complexity, embracing new challenges and learning along the way What we offer you You will join an agile team of 10 Trade Finance specialists, ranked by clients as Finland’s best Trade Finance team for two consecutive years in the Prospera Trade Finance survey.
