Position SummaryWe currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Semiconductor & Electronics Technology, is looking for a Senior Recruiter (12-month contract) to be based in Bayan Lepas Industrial Park to work onsite. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of the recruitment life-cycle for key business areas, focusing on direct sourcing and diversity, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining stakeholder relationships, utilizing sourcing tools, and providing market insights. Extensive experience in a similar field, excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, IT literacy, and ability to interpret data are required. The role involves developing sourcing methodologies, stakeholder management, and working in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH, and is a 12-month contract.
