Job Description
In this role, you will be part of the daily life of assisted living. You will ensure that the daily operations run smoothly and safely. Your tasks include waste management tasks, logistics related to supplies, and assisting with cleaning tasks. You will play an important role in the facility’s daily support services, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and functional environment for residents and staff. Your work involves practical tasks such as waste collection and sorting, receiving supplies, transportation and restocking, and various cleaning assistance tasks. You will interact with residents and staff daily, so customer service skills and teamwork are important. Previous experience in similar roles is helpful but a proactive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn are most important. You will receive comprehensive orientation to the facility and your tasks. Why work with Luotea? At Luotea, we genuinely care about our employees and want you to enjoy and be well every day. You will have a reliable and guiding Finnish employer who acts responsibly, keeps promises, and ensures your salary is paid on time. We will thoroughly orient you to employment practices and your tasks, as well as to each facility where you work. You will be provided with appropriate and modern work equipment. You will not be alone; your supervisor is always available for support. Skilled employees are a valuable resource for us, and we encourage our staff to develop their skills and training. Employees have the opportunity to enhance their professional skills, for example, by completing a professional qualification or parts of it. We also provide occupational health support, which offers security in everyday life. Full-time employees (20 hours/week or more) are offered broader services, and part-time employees (less than 20 hours/week) have access to a nurse’s sick leave clinic. Employees working over 20 hours per week also have comprehensive health insurance covering medications, glasses, and doctor visits. How to apply? Applications are only accepted via the application form: this ensures fairness and data protection. Click the 'Apply' button to access the form and tell us why you would be a good fit for this role. How does the recruitment process proceed? The application deadline is July 31, but we will review applications and proceed with recruitment during the application period, so apply quickly. As the process advances, we will contact you by phone or email. Please check your spam folder periodically. If you have questions, send an email to rekry@luotea.com. Remember to include the five-digit reference number from the job posting (found at the top of the listing).
