Early Childhood Education Teacher - Kouvolan kaupunki - Kouvola, Finland

We are seeking an early childhood education teacher for the period from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The primary placement will be in the Voikkaa daycare's 3-5-year-old group. Voikkaa daycare offers good facilities for implementing diverse environmental education. The duties of an early childhood education teacher include implementing, planning, assessing, and developing early childhood education for children and groups. We expect good interaction and teamwork skills necessary for daily interactions with children, guardians, and the work team. Qualifications required are in accordance with the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018), including transitional provisions (75 §). The salary for an early childhood education teacher is based on OVTES section G, starting at €2,962.25/month. The position is subject to a 6-month probation period. The selected candidate must provide an acceptable health statement before starting the job and a criminal record extract related to work with children.
