Business Controller, vanhempainvapaan sijaisuus - Choice Talents & Brands - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a Business Controller to temporarily fill a parental leave replacement starting in August 2026 for approximately 9 months. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join an international expert organization and work closely with business management as a financial partner. You will support the business unit in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, participate in management team activities, and contribute to business development. Your tasks include monthly reporting, analysis, management reporting, supporting financial questions, project and profitability monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous development of reporting models and financial processes. We expect you to have relevant financial education, experience in a Business Controller or similar role, understanding of business metrics, profitability, and financial management, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, project-based business knowledge, and fluent Finnish and English skills. We value experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The work is hybrid, with presence at the Espoo office about 2-3 days a week.
