Job Description
For our Consumer & Marketing Insights area, we are looking for committed working students to support our teams in Munich, Nuremberg and Frankfurt in exciting projects for well-known national and international companies. Our teams deal with central questions around Brand & Innovation, Media & Creative and Market Understanding. We help companies better understand their customers, position brands successfully, optimize communication measures and make sound decisions based on data and insights. In doing so, we combine classic market research with modern methods of data analysis, digital research approaches and the use of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enable customers to gain a deeper understanding of their markets, brands and target groups. After a short induction, you will have the opportunity to participate independently in varied projects and gain valuable practical experience in an international market research and consulting environment. Your tasks: Depending on project and team assignment, you will work on questions from the areas of Brand & Innovation, Media & Creative or Market Understanding. Your tasks include: - Testing and optimizing online questionnaires - Support in the planning, organization and implementation of projects - Project-related project management activities - Creation of code plans as well as coding and quality control of open answers - Writing evaluation instructions and checking result tables - Carrying out data analyses and special evaluations with Excel, SPSS and other analysis tools - Support in the creation of result reports and customer presentations - Quality assurance of data, analyses and presentations - Carrying out market, competition and trend analyses - Observation of social media and communication activities of relevant brands - Support for AI-supported research, analysis and insight processes - Collaboration on innovative research approaches and digital methods for generating consumer insights What you bring with you: - Ongoing studies in business, social, communication, media, behavioral or data sciences or a comparable course of study - Ideally a focus on marketing, market research, statistics, psychology or consumer insights - Interest in brands, marketing, media, advertising and consumer behavior - Enthusiasm for data-based decision making as well as new technologies and AI applications - Affinity for numbers and enjoyment of analytical questions - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Initial knowledge of SPSS or other statistics or analysis tools is an advantage - Good German and English skills - Structured and careful way of working - Team spirit, initiative and organizational skill - Interest in working with colleagues and customers in an international environment Requirements: - Enrollment at a German college or university (valid certificate of enrollment required) - Availability for at least six months - At least 15, ideally 20 hours per week available What we offer you: - Participation in exciting projects for well-known national and international brands - Insights into various areas of market, media and brand research - Early assumption of responsibility and independent tasks - Collaboration with experienced experts from different research disciplines - Practical experience with modern research, analysis and AI-supported methods - Flexible working hours that can be well combined with your studies - Hybrid Working and modern working models - Extensive development and learning offers - Training-on-the-Job, coaching and mentoring - Open, appreciative and team-oriented corporate culture - Attractive remuneration
