Job Description
The Senior Reporting Analyst will be part of a global team responsible for delivering client-specific reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and maintain reports on recruitment processes using applicant tracking systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oleeo, and create dashboards in Excel and Power BI. The role involves interpreting data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements. You will audit data, improve quality, and support junior analysts. Strong experience with data reporting and BI tools, stakeholder engagement skills, and high attention to detail are required.
