Chief Physician, Child Psychiatry, Pori - Satakunnan hyvinvointialue - Pori, Finland

The Satakunta wellbeing services county has an open position for a chief physician in the child psychiatry clinic group. The position is located in Pori. As a chief physician, you will lead the clinical work in child psychiatry in collaboration with the ward managers. Your supervisor will be the head of the clinic group. You will primarily be responsible for the operational conditions, finances, and cooperation with other units within the wellbeing services county. The qualifications required are a licensed medical degree in Finland and specialization in child psychiatry. The successful candidate should have several years of experience as a specialist doctor. We also value development-oriented attitude, experience in service development, and good written and spoken Finnish language skills. Successful performance in the role requires good communication and networking skills, as well as close cooperation with primary health care and units within the region.
