Job Description
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations team is looking for a new colleague primarily in Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku, but remote work is also possible from other locations. The role involves a central part in new customer acquisition and sales support. You will understand customer business needs and translate them into solutions on the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform. You will actively participate in various stages of the sales process, such as customer meetings, workshops, and solution presentations. You will design overall architecture, define solution sets, and highlight business benefits to support customer decision-making. You will work closely with sales, consultants, and technical experts to ensure the offered solution is feasible, scalable, and meets customer needs. The role is heavily focused on the sales phase but also supports a smooth transition to project implementation. Consulting assignments may also be part of your tasks. We expect several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, either from the vendor or customer side. You have a good understanding of several key business areas such as warehouse, manufacturing, procurement, sales, projects, or maintenance and service. AI and modern technologies are central to your role. You understand how Microsoft Copilot solutions and Power Platform can support customer business and add value to the overall Dynamics 365 solution. You can identify situations where AI and automation can be used to streamline processes, support decision-making, or improve user experience. You also understand the importance of data as a enabler for AI capabilities and may have analytics skills. You can describe the benefits of these solutions from a business perspective and integrate them into the overall architecture during sales. Your ability to understand customer business challenges and identify ERP opportunities is key to success. Experience in customer work and the ability to present solutions clearly and convincingly to various stakeholders are valued. You are customer-oriented and solution-focused with strong communication and presentation skills. You enjoy identifying new opportunities and naturally support sales. You adapt quickly to changing situations and proactively move things forward. The role requires some travel within Finland and fluent Finnish and good English skills. You can work independently and influence your tasks and working methods using Digia’s processes. You will learn new things, develop, and deepen your expertise with the support of diverse industry knowledge. We can build interesting career opportunities and consider your motivation, passion, and future wishes. You will have an interesting and versatile expert role in our vibrant organization and a unique opportunity to learn new things. The position includes good employee benefits such as vacation cottages, comprehensive health insurance, and dental care, as well as flexible working conditions.
