Job Description
DNA call centers are part of DNA Kauppa Oy's telemarketing units. The core idea of DNA's own call centers is to stand out from the mass of telemarketing with high-quality, professional, and customer-oriented operations, ensuring an exceptionally high level of service. We are looking for new employees for our team in collaboration with a long-term staffing partner. The staffing partner acts as the official employer of our employees. Over 450 employees work at DNA's call centers across Finland in 10 cities and in Fuengirola, Spain. The Finnish Customer Marketing Association has awarded DNA Call Centers the Fair Employer in Telemarketing badge. The criteria aim to develop the industry and highlight quality work. The preparation of the criteria involved cooperation with authorities, such as the occupational safety administration.
