We are seeking a substitute practical nurse for the Wellbeing Services County of Ostrobothnia, with an initial placement in Vaasa home care (Palosaari, Isolahti, Gerby, Västervik). The substitution begins as soon as possible and ends on 31.12.2026. As a practical nurse, you will work in clients' homes according to their service plans, both independently and with your professional and versatile team. The work involves three-shift rotation, is diverse, changing, and developmental. The job requires good cooperation and communication skills, patience, humor, and the use of your own car. Qualifications: - Practical nurse qualification or a degree in accordance with the Decree on Health Care Professionals (564/1994) or the Decree on Social Welfare Professionals (153/2016). - Satisfactory oral and written skills in both national languages of Finland. The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection according to the Infectious Diseases Act (1227/2016) section 48. Additionally, the candidate must present a criminal record extract as specified in section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. A trial period will be applied.
