Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist in Life Sciences with a strong Hunter profile, passionate about science and business development, to drive growth in our portfolio of solutions for scientific research, molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, cell culture, laboratory automation, and advanced diagnostics. The role requires technical-scientific knowledge, strategic vision, and commercial skills to identify new opportunities, develop markets, and build long-term relationships with clients in academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, and industrial segments. The professional will act as a technical-commercial consultant, collaborating with internal teams and supporting clients in identifying the most suitable solutions for their scientific and operational challenges. Responsibilities include developing and executing commercial strategies, prospecting new clients, managing strategic accounts, conducting technical and commercial visits, delivering presentations, working with application specialists, and monitoring market trends. The ideal candidate has a degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in technical sales in Life Sciences or related segments, proven sales achievement, and experience in strategic account management and consultative sales. Desirable knowledge includes Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, Flow Cytometry, Laboratory Automation, and Scientific Instrumentation. Technical skills include understanding scientific workflows, translating complex concepts into value propositions, CRM experience, and strategic planning. Behavioral skills include being a resilient Hunter, excellent communicator, customer-focused, strategic, proactive, organized, and collaborative. Intermediate or advanced English is required; Spanish is a plus. The position is hybrid/remoto in Brazil, with travel availability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively prospect new clients and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
- Manage strategic accounts, building long-term relationships with researchers, lab managers, KOLs, and decision-makers.
- Conduct technical and commercial visits to universities, research centers, hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific seminars.
- Partner with application specialists to support clients in defining the best solutions for their workflows.
- Work in partnership with Marketing, Technical Support, Applications, and Services to maximize customer experience and commercial results.
- Monitor technological trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Life Sciences market.
- Manage the sales funnel, maintaining pipeline, forecast, and customer data in the CRM.
Requirements
- Degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales in Life Sciences or related segments
- Proven sales achievement and experience in strategic account management and consultative sales
