Project Manager - Nordex Finland Oy - Remote - Global

In this role, you will run quality management related projects with strong focus on digitalization. You translate regulatory and operational QM requirements into scalable solutions, ensure process robustness and data integrity, and lead cross‑functional roll‑outs from concept to user acceptance and handover to logistics operations. Lead cross‑functional projects with a focus on logistics QM digitalization (e.g., surveillance, non‑conformance, inspections, QA data flows). Analyse user and quality requirements, translate them into process/system blueprints, and align closely with IT and business stakeholders. Drive global roll‑outs including UAT planning/execution, training concepts and controlled go‑lives. Conduct process mapping, process design and process mining to improve quality and logistics workflows. Establish and track quality‑related KPIs and ensure audit‑ready documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate PoCs and market scans to validate tools against QM standards and operational needs. Manage risks, changes and stakeholder expectations to secure stable, compliant solutions.
