HUS's Information Management is an active player developing and implementing new innovations in the healthcare sector. It is a result unit that provides information system, IT, and communication technology services, as well as IT equipment rental primarily for the HUS group, its partners, and subsidiaries or associated companies. The position you are applying for is within this division, specifically in the Appointment and Remote Care Services unit. We are looking for an IT Service Designer to develop, maintain, and improve the customer feedback system of HUS as part of the Appointment and Remote Care Services. In the role of IT Service Designer, you will act as a service-specific expert, combining an understanding of the operational environment, service design, and digital service development. The work emphasizes customer orientation, service process development, and identifying stakeholder needs. Your tasks include: * Participating in the planning and promotion of service development and minor improvements together with other roles * Designing service pathways, implementation progress, and functional benefits * Coordinating service design, workshops, surveys, and user participation * Collecting, analyzing, and utilizing customer feedback for service development * Producing content, documentation, and instructions for users * Monitoring the budget * Participating in prioritizing system development needs, incident management, continuous testing, support tasks, and maintaining and developing user instructions together with the technical product owner * Acting as a link between functional, technical, and communication roles * Collaborating with suppliers, customer experience management, and other stakeholders We expect from you: * A relevant university or college degree and applicable experience * Understanding of the operational environment and its processes * Skills in service design and user-centered development * Experience in analyzing customer feedback or user experience * Good interaction and facilitation skills * Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and networked environment. Additionally, we value: * Experience with customer feedback systems (especially Roidu) or similar services * Experience in supplier collaboration and digital service development * Ability to combine technical and operational perspectives. Our office is located in Helsinki with good transportation connections. We work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days of remote work per week if the tasks allow. The salary for this position is €4,350.11/month plus possible experience and other allowances. The work can start according to agreement. We may also use direct recruitment.
