As an early childhood education teacher, you support and promote children's growth, development, and learning. You understand the contents of early childhood education plans and can implement them practically. You plan, evaluate, and develop pedagogical activities for the child group and contribute to the quality of pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with children.
