Hoivatie is looking for a permanent guide at Toivo, a special unit in Helsinki supporting children aged 10-17 with emotional, mental, and educational challenges. The role involves creating a safe, rehabilitative daily life, planning weekly programs, participating in everyday activities, supporting emotional and social skills, and collaborating with families and professionals. The work is responsible and sometimes challenging but rewarding through small daily successes. The position requires a social or health care degree, courage, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts. The work begins as agreed, as soon as possible.
