We are looking for Guides for Lapland's winter season 2026–2027! Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented guides for the enchanting winter in Lapland! The work takes place in fell scenery, and your task is to lead programs for groups of various sizes. Programs may include activities such as snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice floating, husky sledding, and other experiential activities in Lapland. The workday often begins after breakfast, with programs continuing throughout the day and sometimes into the evening. Guides work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the group size. Expect outdoor work, Lapland winter cold, and an international atmosphere — but most importantly, delighting customers! This is full-time shift work, 120 hours/3 weeks. The employment is temporary, starting in November and lasting until around Easter. The employment contract is with Henkilöstöliiga. What do we expect? - Good communication skills and customer service orientation - Readiness to work outdoors in cold conditions - Sufficient basic fitness - At least English language skills — knowledge of other languages is a plus - Previous experience in activity services or guiding is considered an advantage - First aid skills are a plus Training is not mandatory, but previous experience and the right attitude are considered an advantage.
