StaffPoint is seeking counter supervisors for the airport cafe at Kittilä Airport for the winter season 2026-2027. The airport is a busy and unique work environment where you will encounter various customers and utilize your language skills daily. Your tasks include ensuring the cleanliness and smooth customer service of the cafe-restaurant, as well as executing campaigns, product displays, and seasonal activities with the team. You will work in the airport cafe-restaurant and souvenir shop according to flight schedules from early morning. You are the right person if you enjoy an international environment. Our clients value friendly and prompt service. The work is busy, fast-paced, and every day will be different. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations during your shift, taking orders, shift planning in exceptional situations, inventory management, and monthly stocktaking. The work begins in November 2026 and continues according to the contract until March-April 2027. It is full-time, 112.5 hours/3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. Requirements: - Previous experience in the restaurant industry - Ability to manage tasks, work in a team, and a firm leadership attitude - Finnish and English language skills. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
