Service Manager Substitute, Disability Services, Koskelan Residential Unit, Paimio - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Paimio, Finland

This role combines responsible management, customer-oriented service, and the opportunity to influence the unit's direction. Your tasks As a substitute service manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational management and development of Koskelan residential unit in accordance with the strategy. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary work community, ensure staff development, and facilitate smooth onboarding. You play a central role in implementing customer-oriented services, strengthening self-determination, and supporting customer participation. You will work closely with customers' relatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration is a natural part of your daily work. Although the work is mainly administrative, you will also participate in customer work as needed. You will have flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely one day per week as agreed. Koskela is a 24/7 residential service unit serving 12 adult clients with intellectual disabilities, disabilities, or neurological conditions. In addition to the service manager, the team includes a nurse, a housing guide, and 11 practical nurses. Previous experience in similar roles and familiarity with the Titania shift planning software are considered an advantage. The qualification requirement is a suitable lower university degree. Language skills required are good oral and written Finnish and satisfactory oral and written Swedish.
