Are you motivated by strengthening organizational renewal capacity and creating genuine change? We are now seeking an experienced DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR to oversee the implementation of HSL's strategy, organizational renewal, and the achievement of significant change and productivity goals. You will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the management team. As Development Director, you will lead a new seven-person Renewal Agency, established to unify operational models related to strategy implementation and development, reduce workload for managers and participants in development, and improve the organization’s overall renewal capacity. The goal is to enhance the speed, productivity, and impact of renewal efforts. The Agency will communicate clearly to the organization about genuine change and commitment to its implementation, functioning as a cross-cutting, guiding, and facilitating entity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Guiding strategic leap goals (OKRs) – translating strategy into clear objectives and ensuring they guide prioritization, decision-making, and resource use. - Managing development portfolio – aligning development closely with strategy, ensuring impact, and eliminating non-supportive activities. - Developing productivity – leading productivity initiatives, setting ambitious yet realistic goals, and ensuring measurable impacts. - Goal management and transparency – building a shared goal management model and making progress, obstacles, and dependencies visible. - Supporting change management – assisting managers in change processes, clarifying goals, and reducing change-related workload. - Strategic leadership of responsibility – integrating responsibility into strategy, metrics, and decision-making, and ensuring its impact. - Strengthening renewal capacity – combining strategy, AI, responsibility, and productivity into a coherent whole and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
