Job Description
Skeleton Technologies is transforming energy storage with a mission to create a completely emission-free future through electrification by manufacturing the best ultracapacitors on the market. At our site in Markranstädt near Leipzig, a new state-of-the-art production facility is emerging, the largest supercapacitor factory in the world. The role involves coordinating daily production processes, supporting team members especially during night shifts, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training or holds a qualification as a master/technician or equivalent experience in a technical environment, with several years of experience in production, preferably as a shift supervisor, and good knowledge of ERP systems. Fluency in German and good English skills are required.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production processes to achieve quality and production goals.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or qualification as a master/technician or equivalent experience in a technical environment.
- Several years of experience in production, preferably as a shift supervisor.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and perseverance.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
