Job Description
We are looking for a special education class teacher to a permanent position starting from August 1, 2026. The placement of the position at the start of the contract is Aseman School. We expect applicants to have professional skills as well as understanding of the reform of learning and school support, the ability to diversify teaching, neurodiversity expertise, a developmental approach, teamwork skills, and positive pedagogy management. Special education class teachers receive support from a consulting special education teacher. The final weekly hours for the position will be confirmed in the 2026-2027 school year work plan. The qualification requirements for the position are based on the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (986/98). The City of Haminan invests in the development of learning and school support and in recruiting qualified special education class teachers. A qualified special education class teacher will receive, in addition to the task-specific salary according to OVTES, a supplementary allowance of €265.26/month and a complexity bonus of €135.81/month for the special education teacher role.
