We are looking for you At Clevry, we are seeking a Product Owner for our client LähiTapiola to strengthen the CRM development team in Espoo. The position is full-time and permanent, and employment is through Clevry. The start date is 1.9.2026 or as agreed. In this role, you will be central in developing LähiTapiola's CRM solution based on business needs. You will lead an international development team in accordance with agile practices and ensure that development progresses with quality and supports business objectives. At LähiTapiola, you will work in a stable and responsible organization where IT development is a key part of financial services development. Your workplace is located in Espoo, and the role involves hybrid work. We hope you enjoy working in the office and participate in on-site work regularly. Main responsibilities - Developing the CRM system based on business needs - Leading the development team as Product Owner in accordance with the SAFe framework - Prioritizing and coordinating the development backlog - Planning sprints, development cycles, and releases with stakeholders - Daily collaboration with the international development team - Managing dependencies and integrations - Close cooperation with business, Business Analysts, Product Manager, and other stakeholders - Participating in planning deployments and releases What we expect from you - Experience in roles such as Product Owner, project manager, or similar - Experience with agile development and Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies - Ability to lead a multi-location development team and collaborate in an international environment - Understanding of system integrations - Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Fluent Finnish and English language skills We consider an advantage - Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment or experience with developing Microsoft CRM solutions What we offer - A permanent position with one of Finland’s most respected financial companies - Opportunity to influence the development of a critical CRM solution - A versatile Product Owner role in an international development environment - A skilled and encouraging work community with modern agile practices - Hybrid work model and comfortable office facilities in Espoo - Salary of €4,500–€5,200/month depending on your skills and experience Apply immediately!
