Job Description
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Security Center, including operations, development, finance, personnel, and sales. The role involves strategic and operational leadership, working closely with various business areas. You will lead a team of seven professionals, fostering growth and motivation. The position requires excellent communication skills, leadership, structured work, strategic insight, and practical operational skills. A higher education degree or equivalent experience with proven leadership results is necessary. Experience in HMS, risk management, safety, and emergency preparedness is essential. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
