Strategic Operations Associate - IFS - Remote - Global

We're looking for a Strategic Operations Associate to join our organization in Staines-upon-Thames. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operational strategy and driving process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing business operations and delivering results through strategic thinking and efficient execution. Support the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives and business improvement programs. Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization. Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of operational objectives while managing stakeholder expectations. Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational metrics. Monitor compliance with established procedures and quality standards across operational functions. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Assist in the development of operational policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity. Support the onboarding and training of team members on new processes and operational best practices. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic operational recommendations. Maintain organized records and databases to support operational planning and decision-making.
