Job Description

Key Responsibilities include project conceptualization, enabling tender specifications, government engagement, transforming ideas into projects, policy shaping, opportunity creation, and cross-functional leadership. Qualifications include a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, government relations, or technical sales, with a proven track record in infrastructure or transportation sectors. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Public Policy is required, with an MBA highly desirable. The role offers KPIs such as tender value, new projects initiated, specification adoption rate, policy upgrades, and engagement score.
