We are looking for a novice construction cleaner for our client company to perform versatile cleaning and finishing tasks on construction sites in the Tampere area. The position is suitable for someone with some experience in cleaning tasks or an interest in construction cleaning and a desire to develop as a professional in the field. The job involves cleaning and finishing tasks on construction sites according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include collecting construction waste, tidying work areas and walkways, cleaning surfaces, vacuuming, dust removal, final cleaning of windows and other surfaces, removing protective films, and other construction cleaning-related tasks. The tasks vary depending on the stage of the project, allowing you to familiarize yourself with different phases of construction. Work start dates are flexible according to agreement. The working hours are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. Salary is determined based on your skills and experience according to the construction sector collective agreement (12.60–15.56 €/h + additional pay according to TES). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card * Age of majority * Energetic and proactive work attitude * Good physical condition * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in construction or cleaning sectors and the ability to use a personal car are considered advantages but are not essential.
