We are looking for a sales assistant for our client in Pello! We are seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator for our client Potma Oy in Pello. Potma Oy manufactures lightweight, load-bearing, and stiff honeycomb panels made of aluminum for domestic and export markets. These are supplied to the shipping, railway, construction, and elevator industries. In this role, you will handle general tasks related to customer relationships and factory operations. Your duties include order processing, internal communication, and customer communication. You will also communicate closely with other transportation companies. The final scope of work will be shaped partly by the individual's skills and preferences. The position is permanent, full-time with flexible working hours depending on the situation. Work is performed on-site at the factory, but there is an opportunity for agreed partial remote work. Work begins during the summer. The employment contract will be signed with Potma Oy. We expect from you... - Fluent Finnish and English skills - Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) - Flexibility and customer service orientation Previous experience in similar roles is considered an advantage, but thorough onboarding will be provided, so attitude is most important! Experience with Lemonsoft software, various enterprise resource planning or financial management systems, and basic financial knowledge are also considered advantages.
