Principal Product Manager - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

Bentley is investing in the next generation of its industry‑leading structural analysis and design software portfolio. We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and market success of new products that will help structural engineers design and build more economical, safer, and more resilient civil engineering infrastructure. This is a high‑impact leadership role with visibility across Bentley and the global infrastructure community. You’ll guide a cross‑functional program from early concept to successful launch and beyond, building a product on which tens of thousands of structural engineers will rely. If you are motivated by shaping flagship products, leading complex cross‑functional programs, and redefining how structural engineers work, this role offers a rare opportunity to do so at scale. Responsibilities include managing product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and team, defining go-to-market strategies, and representing the company at conferences. The role is hybrid or office-based in Philadelphia or Exton, PA, with travel. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 8+ years of product management experience, success in launching B2B software, and strong communication skills.
