Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join a well-established RPO Talent Acquisition team supporting Stockland Group in Sydney, Australia. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various functions, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to talent initiatives. The candidate will work closely with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, promote employer branding, source talent proactively, and support hiring decisions in collaboration with People & Culture partners. The position is hybrid, requiring three days onsite in Sydney. The ideal candidate has proven client-facing recruitment experience, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with ATS platforms, especially SuccessFactors. The role offers an opportunity to influence hiring outcomes within a respected property sector brand.
