Job Description
As an experienced management consultant within our M&A team in Sweden, you will play a key role in helping clients define and implement their IT strategies throughout the M&A process. You will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build long-term relationships with clients. The role involves working at the forefront of complex and strategically important M&A programs, focusing on M&A strategy, transformative M&A, due diligence, and value realization. You will need relevant experience from M&A projects with a focus on IT/Tech, project leadership skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.
