HVAC Designer, Granlund, Turku - Academic Work

As an HVAC designer at Granlund, you will work independently, responsible for the technical design and equipment specifications of buildings' HVAC systems. You will collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure smooth project progress and technical quality. Your work will encompass projects across various sectors, including industry, commercial spaces, and schools, allowing you to utilize your expertise and develop innovative solutions. You will be part of a professional team that values collaboration and expertise. The role includes diverse HVAC design tasks, from calculations and modeling to site visits and stakeholder cooperation. Technical HVAC design for buildings, production of design documentation in CAD and Revit environments, review of standards and technical requirements, active participation in project and site meetings, site visits and technical supervision of installations in the Turku area. We are looking for several years of versatile experience in HVAC design tasks, strong proficiency in MagiCAD software, suitable university degree (e.g., HVAC engineer / diploma engineer), ability to work independently and solve problems, fluent Finnish and English language skills. We value if you have previous experience with Revit software and Swedish language skills. To succeed in this role, you are proactive, a good team player, curious and courageous, and solution-oriented. Please note that some projects may require passing a security clearance.
