Job Description
We are looking for energetic berry pickers for a berry farm. The product to be harvested is saskatoon berries, which grow on tall bushes that can be harvested while standing. Therefore, picking does not require continuous squatting like strawberry picking. The work begins around July-August, with approximately 6 hours per day according to agreement. The duration of work depends on the harvest, estimated to be about three to four weeks. Payment is based on the kilograms picked, so diligent pickers can earn good hourly wages. Finnish language skills are not required; a positive attitude is sufficient. The job is for persons residing permanently in Finland.
