We are seeking an experienced and motivated concrete supervisor for our water construction team. In this role, you will oversee concrete work on water construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead formwork, reinforcement, and casting teams, coordinate activities, and promote project success. The job requires a good attitude and strong work experience, especially in concrete supervision. Travel readiness is necessary as sites are spread along the coast from Kotka to Tornio. We value a customer-oriented attitude as the role involves close cooperation with site personnel and clients. The position demands contract skills, leadership, and good communication and collaboration skills. You must actively utilize YIT’s systems, requiring good IT and digital skills.
