We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional for our client company Rakennus Lehtonen Oy to handle administrative and financial office tasks for the construction company. The role offers a diverse workload, working closely with the company's management, construction sites, and partners. The responsibilities include managing purchase and sales ledger, monitoring construction site costs and financial reporting of projects, supporting bid calculations and project accounting, maintaining and monitoring time tracking systems, managing contract and project documentation, preparing documents for authorities and clients, and other administrative tasks at the construction office. The qualifications required are appropriate education such as Bachelor of Business Administration, Construction Engineer, or other financial/project management education, good financial and technical understanding, experience in administrative tasks in the construction sector is an advantage, proficiency in managing IT systems, careful and systematic work approach, initiative, teamwork skills, and a responsible attitude.
