Industrial Supervisor - A. Reponen Oy - Joutsa, Finland

We are seeking a supervisor for a permanent position at our machine shop in Joutsa as our production expands. The role includes directing and leading production workers. You will manage projects comprehensively from start to finish, including scheduling, safety, and quality assurance. You will also have specific areas of responsibility. Working hours are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. We expect from you: Initiative and proactive work attitude, willingness to learn new skills, energetic attitude, and stress tolerance. Previous experience in machine shop work. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
