The chain offers entrepreneurs: initial training, operational support, launch marketing, purchasing benefits, business management, chain marketing, and sales support. What do we expect from an entrepreneur? As a Fafa's entrepreneur, you should have a passion for good food and the ability to lead your team in running a high-quality, service-oriented restaurant. You are the right person if you have a passion for food, previous entrepreneurial experience, and a desire to actively develop the growing Fafa's family. You should lead by example at your location, and your enthusiasm for customer interaction should be exceptional. The chain's concept is guided in English, so you must be able to communicate in Finnish and English. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is an advantage. The entrepreneur must have the financial capacity to invest in the business. The initial investment ranges from €20,000 to €50,000, with a typical personal contribution of 20-30% of the initial investment.
