We are looking for a Service Coordinator to work at the core of IT services, ensuring customer service requests are smoothly directed to the right experts. The role involves coordinating service requests related to direct support and Oma osaaja service, working closely with customers, support experts, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The position is full-time, temporary, and based at Atean offices in Vantaa, Turku, or Tampere, with an expected start in August 2026. Responsibilities include managing service requests, coordinating support, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Requirements include experience in Service Desk or IT support, understanding of IT service request handling, excellent organizational skills, customer-oriented approach, multitasking ability, and fluency in Finnish and good English skills.
