The role requires experience in recruitment or HR operations, stakeholder communication skills, multitasking ability, event planning interest, flexibility, and proficiency with ATS tools. Fluency in Japanese and good command of English are essential. Industry experience is not required, and both new graduates and experienced professionals interested in recruitment are welcome.
