If you answered yes, you might be the coach we are looking for. We conduct group-based career coaching and job search coaching at Spring House in Turku. We are currently seeking two part-time coaches for our team. The employment is fixed-term based on the duration of the assignment until December 31, 2026. As a coach, you will develop individual solutions for clients with employment services, working with job seekers. You will assist clients in setting and achieving goals related to employment or training, and help with career choices and identifying personal strengths. The work mainly involves group coaching at our office on Lemminkäisenkatu in Turku. Some individual coaching sessions may also take place in nearby municipalities (Raisio, Kaarina, Lieto, Loimaa, Uusikaupunki, Laitila, Parainen, Paimio), and some coaching may be conducted remotely online. We offer various coaching services, which may differ in duration and target groups. You may participate in services such as: - 5-10 day intensive career or job search coaching to support job seeking or career choice. - 25-day Direction Career Coaching for clients needing guidance in career choice, training, career change, returning to working life, or applying for a job or training place. - 25-day plain-language career coaching for immigrant clients. - 40-day Tracer Career Coaching for clients requiring multidisciplinary services or stronger individual support. Working hours may vary from 0 to 38 hours per week depending on your availability and the number of coaching sessions. You may be assigned full coaching sessions or individual substitute days.
