Team Leader, Accounts Payable - Holiday Club Resorts Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a person for the role of Team Lead, Purchase to Payment, responsible for Holiday Club Finland's accounts payable. The position is located in Tampere at Dynamo Business Park in Ratinan, where we work in a hybrid model, spending at least three days a week in the office. The position is permanent and full-time, with start date negotiable. Job Description In this role, you will lead a team of four accounts payable professionals, which is part of Holiday Club Finland's finance service center. You will be responsible for the daily operations and development of the team, leading, supporting, and developing team skills, and ensuring clear responsibilities and goals. Besides the accounts payable team, the finance service center includes accounting and sales ledger teams, each with their own team leaders. Overall, about 20 professionals work in the finance service center. You will report to the Finnish Finance Director. The role combines managerial work, accounts payable expertise, and process development. You will be responsible for payments and supplier relationships for both Holiday Club Resorts Oy and the property companies we manage. You will promote automation and digitalization in a practical manner and foster an open work culture that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. We hope you have strong accounts payable skills and experience in managerial roles, preferably in a medium-sized or large organization. You are organized, emphasizing efficiency and accuracy. As a manager, you are reliable and consistent, and communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Experience in developing financial processes, automation, and digitalization is considered an advantage.
