Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced, creative, and results-oriented restaurant manager to strengthen our organization at Levi Restaurants. Experience in an à la carte restaurant is required. Levi Restaurants operates a total of ten restaurants with different concepts across the ski resort. In winter, we provide ski-in ski-out restaurant services for winter activity enthusiasts, and in summer, we mainly serve golfers, cyclists, and visitors in the mountains. The position is permanent, full-time, and primarily day shifts. Your responsibilities include personnel management, recruitment, shift planning, quality management of customer service, and daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with another restaurant manager with a similar role. Additionally, we expect you to be willing to participate in daily operations across our various restaurants. We require versatile experience in the restaurant industry, knowledge of restaurant legislation, and a positive, can-do attitude. Good organizational and stress management skills, as well as understanding and experience in profitable restaurant management, are essential. A particular interest and skills in working with people are advantageous. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
